打开此软件 - 通讯 -从SD卡读取 - (读取后对频率进行操作)-设定-进入 -详细设定(可对手台所有功能进行设定)

The Australian Bureau of Meteorology’s Space Forecast Centre issued a geomagnetic warning at 0009 UTC on September 4:

“The IMF Bz [Interplanetary Magnetic Field] has been strongly southward over the last 3 hours (2100 UTC on September 3 to present). However, the current solar wind speeds are at moderate levels, which are unfavourable to cause any major geomagnetic disturbance. If the solar wind speeds elevate in the coming 24 hours, active to minor storm conditions are possible. If this happens, there is chance that aurora would be visible during the local night hours of the 4 Sep from Tasmania and other southern most regions of Australia.

Over this reporting week, August 27 through September 2, the average daily sunspot number was 48.3, which is 21.4 points lower than the previous 7 days. Average daily solar flux declined 22.7 points to 97.

The latest predicted solar flux values for the near term from NOAA/USAF forecasters are 85 on September 4; 90 on September 5-8; 85 on September 9-10; then 95 and 105 on September 11-12; 115 on September 13-22; then 110, 105, and 100 on September 23-25; 90 on September 26-28, and then bottoming out at 85 on September 29 through October 7. Although this is a long way out, flux values are predicted to rise to 115 for October 10-18.

A Reminder — FCC Universal Licensing System Down for Maintenance September 2-8

[UPDATED 2015-09-04 1305 UTC] The FCC Universal Licensing System (ULS) and other FCC website public applications are down for maintenance and will be unavailable from 2200 UTC on Wednesday, September 2, until 1200 UTC on Tuesday, September 8. The outage also will affect the Electronic Comment Filing System (ECFS) and the Electronic Document Management System (EDOCS). During the ULS outage, it will not be possible to file any Amateur Radio applications, including examination session documents, or conduct any license or application searches.

Mason P. Southworth, ex-W1VLH去世了,曾经领导ARRL IGY 传播项目

Former ARRL staffer Mason Southworth, ex-W1VLH, of Montara, California, died August 28 from complications related to a traumatic brain injury 2 years ago. He was 81. A graduate of Trinity College in Hartford and Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, he began work in 1956 at ARRL Headquarters, where he met his wife, Freddie.

While at ARRL, he was chosen to head the ARRL International Geophysical Year (IGY) Propagation Research Project (PRP). Conducted under a US Air Force contract, the PRP enlisted 600 Amateur Radio operators from around the world to help improve the understanding of VHF propagation. Data from the experiment, sorted and recorded on 300,000 computer punch cards, provided a global footprint of VHF propagation phenomena.

The sale of a vintage Collins transmitter has made it possible for a Connecticut Amateur Radio club to fund a seat for a future ARRL Teachers Institute on Wireless Technology participant. The ARRL-affiliated Chippens Repeater Association/Bristol Radio Club (CRA/BRC) donated the money it realized from the sale of the old transmitter to cover the League’s cost of providing the opportunity for an educator at a Teachers Institute session. As part of its educational outreach to schools through the Education & Technology Program, the League each summer offers multiple expenses-paid Teachers Institute sessions at locations throughout the US.

According to Flaherty, the club received an offer of $2000 for the Collins transmitter, which was not working and in poor condition and once had been used in the Bristol Radio Club’s ham shack. “We decided to accept the offer, since the promise was made that the transmitter will be restored to its original condition and used on the air,” Flaherty explained. “Our Board of Directors felt that this money should not just go into our treasury but should be used to further the cause of Amateur Radio.”

Arkansas Amateur Radio satellite enthusiast Dave Swanson, KG5CCI, on September 5 topped the satellite contact distance record he had set just a few days earlier. Operating from an old US Forest Service fire tower atop Rich Mountain in extreme western Arkansas (EM24uq01mu), Swanson worked Manuel “Dom” Ruiz, EA5TT, in Valencia, Spain (IM99sl48cx), via the venerable Oscar 7 (AO-7) satellite, operating in Mode B (U/V).

On August 27, Swanson worked Christophe Lucas, F4CQA, in Trouy, France, by responding to his CQ. Swanson was operating on Arkansas’ Shinall Mountain at the time. The two operators calculated that their contact spanned 7599.959 km (4712 miles). That appeared to break the previous distance records of 7537.799 km between W5CBF and G4DOL, and 7538.685 km between K4FEG and DK1TB, set on FO-29.

FreeDV HF Digital Voice QSO Party Set for September 12-13 Weekend

Australia’s Amateur Radio Experimenters Group (AREG) has invited all radio amateurs interested in HF digital voice communication to take part in the FreeDV HF Digital Voice QSO Party over the September 12-13 weekend. The Wireless Institute of Australia’s VK100ANZAC special event station will be the focal point for the event. 

The aim is to encourage amateurs to try the HF digital voice mode. The easiest way to get on the air with FreeDV is to download and install the FreeDV GUI application on your PC, and use a PC-to-HF radio interface and a USB headset. The primary calling frequencies will be 14,236 kHz and 7,175 kHz ±QRM. The VK100ANZAC net control station will be listening and intermittently calling on FreeDV, according to a schedule posted on the AREG website.

K1JT Advises WSJT-X Users Not to Use “Unauthorized” Builds of His Software

Nobel Laureate Joe Taylor, K1JT, the developer of the popular WSJT “weak-signal communication” software suite is advising users to avoid what he called “unauthorized” versions of his software. He said problems could result by using these builds on the air, and any results that might be shared with the broader user community would be unhelpful.

If you operate with one of these unauthorized ‘rXXXX’ code revisions in our experimental code branch, you have no idea what you’ve got.”

Taylor said that such programs “quite possibly” have been built from an intermediate, temporary “save” of various files that were not intended to produce a usable program. Worcester Polytechnic Institute Wireless Association Welcomes New, High-Profile Tower

WPI无线电协会迎来新的巨型铁塔

The new fall semester at Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI) in Worcester, Massachusetts, heralded not only the resumption of classes but a new antenna tower for the WPI Wireless Association (WPIWA), the home of W1YK. The new tower replaced an older one atop the four-story Salisbury Labs building on the campus, where the club’s other antennas are located. The club station has long been housed in a small penthouse on the building. The new tower sports a 2 element antenna to cover 40 and 10 meters.

在马萨诸塞州的Worcester WPI无线电协会不但宣布了课程的重新开始,而且也迎来了新的铁塔,WIYK的家。新的铁塔替代了校园里原先的老久四层实验室楼顶的铁塔,原先的天线固定在那里。这个俱乐部电台藏匿于很小的一个屋檐下。新的铁塔由一副40-10米的2单元八木构成。

WPIWA President Andrew Mahn, NS1A, — a member of the Class of 2017 who is studying management information systems — credited many people for helping make the project possible, including the club’s current and previous executive boards, the WPI Student Government Association, and many WPI employees who worked with club over the past several months to coordinate the execution of the new tower installation. He singled out club alumnus Gregory Karp-Neufeld, W6GKN, as integral to the project from the very beginning, and who contributed countless hours to it throughout the summer from the West Coast.

09-02-2015 Jamboree On The Air 2015 Station Registration is Open

2015童子军大会注册已经开始啦

Worldwide station registration is open for the 2015 Boy Scouts Jamboree On The Air/Jamboree On The Internet (JOTA/JOTI), which will take place over the October 16-18 weekend. 

为了迎接2015年男孩侦查童子军大会,全世界范围的无线电台现在可以在互联网上注册了,这个活动将会在10月16-18日举办。

Registration requires a scout.org user name, which gives full access to the registration system as well as to many of the JOTA/JOTI activities that will be under way during the weekend.

JOTA is aimed at fostering Scout-to-Scout communication across borders and is the largest Scouting event in the world, with upward of 750,000 Scouts participating from some 6000 stations in 150 countries.

09-02-2015 Trio Launched to ISS Includes Two Radio Amateurs

Two radio amateurs — European Space Agency (ESA) astronaut Andreas Mogensen, KG5GCZ, and Soyuz commander and cosmonaut Sergey Volkov, RU3DIS — plus cosmonaut Aidyn Aimbetov have headed into space bound for the International Space Station.

It appears that the $50SAT Amateur Radio “PocketQube” microsatellite — also known as Eagle 2 (MO-76) — has finally gone silent, a couple of days short of 20 months in orbit.

The satellite, which did not carry an Amateur Radio transponder, transmitted on 437.505 MHz at a power of 100 mW.

In a Yahoo Groups posting, one of its developers Michael Kirkhart, KD8QBA, said the last time he was able to hear the satellite was on July 19.

“It was fun while it lasted,” he told ARRL this week.

QCWA Recognizes 105-Year-Old Radio Amateur’s 90 Years of Hamming 09/02/2015

The Quarter Century Wireless Association (QCWA) has honored 105-year-old Charlie Hellman, W2RP, of Hastings-on-Hudson, New York, for his 90 years in Amateur Radio.

The QCWA’s announcement also served to flush out another active ham who, while 1 year older than Hellman, has not been licensed quite as long.

On August 31 the QCWA presented a “90 Year Continuous Licensed Certificate Award” (No 1) to Hellman, whom the organization at the time called “the oldest living Amateur Radio operator in the United States and possibly the world.”

Hellman got his ham ticket in 1925, when he was 15 years old.

Dave Swanson, KG5CCI, of Little Rock, Arkansas, and Christophe Lucas, F4CQA, in Trouy, France, appear to have set a new contact distance record on the FO-29 satellite. The contact occurred on August 27 at 1732 UTC.

位于阿肯色州的Dave Swanson, KG5CCI与法国Trouy的Christophe Lucas, F4CQA完成了一个新的远距离卫星通联(FO-29)。这个QSO发生在8月27日的1732UTC。

“This was not a scheduled contact,” Swanson explained. “I simply answered Christophe’s CQ. I knew it was a good contact at the time, but as I was portable up on Arkansas’ Shinall Mountain, I did not have the resources available to calculate distances.”

After some quick exchanges, and verifying 10-digit locators, the two operators settled on an “official” distance of 7599.959 km (4712 miles).

George Hart卓越服务奖提名开始

The ARRL is accepting nominations for the George Hart Distinguished Service Award. The deadline to receive nominations and supporting materials is November 1. The award honors long-time ARRL Communications Manager George Hart, W1NJM (SK), the chief developer of the National Traffic System (NTS). Hart diedin 2013 at the age of 99.

ARRL Oklahoma Section Manager Lloyd Colston, KC5FM, said participants in two programs during the annual Oklahoma Emergency Management Conference in Norman came away with “a health exposure to Amateur Radio.” The conference took place August 17-20.

James Spann, WO4W, kicked off the conference with a live-audience presentation of the popular “WeatherBrains” webcast. An award-winning television meteorologist for the Birmingham, Alabama, ABC affiliate, Spann is also a former Alabama Section Manager and Public Information Coordinator. “‘WeatherBrains’ has a long history of featuring Amateur Radio,” Colston noted. Episode 499 mentioned ham radio live from the conference in Norman.

In addition to his role as Okalahoma SM, Colston is the City of Altus Emergency Management Director, and he’s been a Public Affair Officer for the Navy-Marine Corps Military Auxiliary Radio System (MARS). During the “communications smorgasbord” breakout session, he presented information about Amateur Radio and MARS. 比赛时间:2016213-14

开始:0000 UTC 星期六 结束:2359 UTC 星期天

I.比赛目标:业余无线电爱好者在参加比赛期间尽可能的通联到更多其他爱好者以及呼号前缀

II.比赛操作时间:48小时。单人操作组别可以在48小时之内操作30小时-每次休息时间至少达到60分钟并且没有qso录入。多人组别可以持续操作48个小时。

III.比赛波段:只允许使用3.5兆,7兆,14兆,21兆以及28兆赫。强烈建议在已经制定好的波段计划中操作。

IV.比赛交换信息:信号报告外加一个从001开始的比赛序列号。注意:M2组别(Multi-Two)以及MM组别(Multi-Unlimited)在各个波段使用独立的序列号分开记录。

V.比赛分数:

A.分数:最终分数取决于所有QSO的分数乘以通联到的呼号前缀之和。

B.QSO分数:被通联过的一个电台只在每个波段记录一次分数。

1.与不同大洲之间的电台通联时,计分规则为3分(28兆赫,21兆赫,14兆赫)和6分7兆赫,3.5兆赫)

例如:N8, W8, WD8, HG1, HG19, KC2, OE2, OE25, LY1000等。任何数字字母以及次序上的不同都会被记作一个单独的前缀。

一个电台在不属于自身的DXCC实体操作时,需要加注“/”来以此区分,这个前缀必须是当前所在DXCC实体的前缀并得到批准。在“/”操作中,“/”之前的前缀将会被记作比赛的前缀。

A.单人组别:所有的通联操作以及录入日志的工作都只允许一人完成(操作员)。在任何时间,只允许发射一个信号。

1.单人单机高功率(所有波段或者单波段):总发射功率不得超过1500瓦。

2.单人单机低功率(所有波段或者单波段):总发射功率不得超过100瓦。

3.单人单机QRP组别(所有波段或者单波段):总发射功率不得超过5瓦。

B.单人单机附加组别:单人操作员也可以选择将Cabrillo日志文件标题改为CATEGORY-OVERLAY来发送以参加以下的一种类别。所有的附加组别结果都将划分于高功率或者低功率。

1.三波段/一单元(TB-WIRES):在比赛中参赛者可以使用一副三波段的天线(任何种类,但只用一根馈线连接电台与天线)工作在10米15米和20米波段上以及一副一单元的天线工作在40米与80米上。

2.新人组(ROOKIE)截至参赛前,参加此组别的操作员必须是获得无线电执照3年或以内。请在SOAPBOX栏中写出第一次拿到操作证的日期。

C.多操作员组别(仅限于所有波段):在正式比赛中,一位以上的操作员进行比赛并贡献了分数可以选择以下类别。组别的选择取决于信号发送的数量。

1.单发射机组(MULTI-ONE)在任何时候只有一个信号发射。在任何单位小时内(00-59分),只允许切换10次波段。例如从20米切换至40米后又切换至20米视为2次波段切换。请用一个单一的序列号来记录比赛日志。

a高功率:每个发射的信号最高不得超过1500W。

b低功率:每个发射的信号不得超过100W。

2.M2组别(MULTI-TWO)允许任何时间在两个波段上发射两个信号。两台发射机可以和任何电台工作。不管使用哪一台发射机,一个电台只能在一个波段通联一次。日志必须指出每个qso所使用的发射机。(请使用CABRILLO QSO模版的81列)。每台发射机在任何单位小时内(00-59 分钟)最多可以更换八次波段。并单独分开的记录比赛序号。每个信号的输出功率不得超过 1500瓦。

3.多发射机组(MULTI-UNLIMITED)在任何同一时间点,5个不同波段最多发射5个信号。5个波段可以同时操作。并且各个波段使用一个独立的序列号以此区分。每个信号的输出功率不得超过1500瓦。

D.比对日志(Checklog) 参赛者提交的日志仅用于协助日志的比对。该组参赛者提交的日志最终不计分,所提交的日志也不会公布。

VII.奖励:单波段日志只符合单波段组别的评奖。一个日志如果包含2个波段及以上那么将会按照多波段组别来评奖除非在提交日志时特别选择了单波段组别。单人单机组别必须至少参赛4小时才有资格申请评奖。多人多机必须至少参赛8小时才有资格申请评奖。

A.奖章:参与国家的每个组别的第一名都将会授予奖状,而在美国加拿大俄罗斯以及日本都将细分至每个小的呼号分区。

B.奖状:奖状以及奖品将会颁发给组别中表现最优秀的参赛电台。点击以下连接来查看当前的奖状以及赞助人(www.cqwpxrtty.com/plaques.htm)。只有一个铭牌将会授予每个参赛者。如果一个获得奖状的电台将不会被考虑授予子分区奖状;奖状将会授予在那些区域中的第二名。

VIII.俱乐部之间的比赛:俱乐部的分数是由俱乐部的会员上传日之后得出的总分。这里有两个分别的俱乐部比赛类别。

B.美国俱乐部:俱乐部的参赛者必须在以俱乐部位置为圆心半径为 250 英里范围内设台(由在俱乐部圆心内的成员指挥,特此为比赛而组织的远征活动除外)。

B.DX 俱乐部:俱乐部参赛者必须在俱乐部所在的DXCC实体内或者在以俱乐部位置为圆心半径为 400 公里的范围内设台(由在俱乐部圆心内的成员指挥,特此为比赛而组织的远征活动除外)

C.俱乐部条款:

1.国家俱乐部没有资格来参加俱乐部的比赛(例如:JARL,REF,DARC)

2.单人比赛者可以只能参加一个俱乐部的比赛。多人多机的总分数可以分散在多个俱乐部中,只要其中OP所在的俱乐部参加了此次比赛。在日志里需要明确的拼写出俱乐部的全名(如果是多OP需要备注俱乐部的位置)

3.对于一个俱乐部来说至少需要4份日志才可以产生结果。Checklog将不会计算在比赛日志中。

IX.术语注释:

A.电台位置:一个地区内必须包括了所有的发射机、接收机和天线。所有的发射机和接收机必须在一个500米直径的圆形区域内。天线必须物理连接至发射机与接收机。

2. QSO提示及辅助:使用各种技术手段或其他来源为OP提供一个信号的呼号和系数信息但不等同于RTTY解码器。这包括了但又不限于一个大带宽的RTTY解码器,DX cluster,SPOT网站(例如:DX Summit),本地或使用远程遥控呼号和频率解码技术(例如:RTTY Skimmer或 Reverse Beacon Network),又或者有其他人参与的辅助操作。

X.适用于所有参赛组别的通用规则:

A.参赛者必须遵守所选组别的规定,否则会影响他们的最终分数。

B.每个呼号必须被单独使用参赛。只有参赛的呼号才可以被用作记录成绩。

C.任何波段的输出总功率不得超过参赛者所选组别规定的功率限制。任何时候任何波段的输出总功率以正在使用的功率放大器的输出为准。

D.在所有组别使用QSO辅助是被允许的。

E. 不允许自己为自己或者要求其他电台为自己发布spot。

F.比赛通联必须在同一个地理区域内进行。如果所有的发射机、接收机和天线在同一个电台位置,允许远程操作。远程操作的电台必须遵守所有的电台执照、操作员执照和参赛组别的规则。所使用的呼号必须为电台所在地管理机构颁布或批准的一个呼号。

G.禁止使用位于电台位置之外的远程接收机。

H.任何时间一个波段只允许发射一个信号。当同一波段出现两台或多台发射机时,必须要有一个硬件设备用来防止在任何同一时间出现多个信号。不允许在同一波段使用两台或多台发射机交替呼叫CQ。

I.所有的主叫、应答呼叫、抄收呼号和比赛信号交换必须在比赛期间使用比赛的模式和频率来完成。

J.禁止在比赛结束后通过使用任何数据库、录音、电子邮件或其他确认 QSO 的方式来对日志呼号和信号交换内容进行修改。

K.日志中记录的呼号必须与参赛者在QSO中交换的呼号一致。

XI.日志说明:递交电子日志要求所有竞赛者使用计算机记录比赛或者预先准备的比赛日志。

A.日志中的每次通联必须包括以下内容:正确的UTC时间与时间、频率(或波段)、对方呼号、发送的交换信号和接收的交换信号。信息不全的日志将被归为比对日志(checklog)。通联完成后应立即录入日志。角逐世界和大洲奖项的电台在日志中需要记录具体的频率信息。

B.单波段竞赛者需要递交所有的通联,甚至在其他波段上完成的通联。只有在Cabrillo标题或汇总表中特别标明的申报波段上完成的通联才能被计分。只在一个波段完成通联的日志将被归为单波段组。

C.日志以CABRILLO文件格式作为标准格式。关于填写CABRILLO文件的详细说明,参见(www.cqwpxrtty.com/logs.htm)。如果填写错误可能导致您递交的日志被归为错误日志类别或比对日志(checklog)。注意:美国电台必须在CABRILLO文件前面注明操作地所在位置(例如:LOCATION:OH)。

D.最好以E-mail或网站上传形式递交日志。日志的网页上传可以发送至(www.cqwpx.com/logcheck)。Email发送方式也是可行的。以CABRILLO格式的日志请发送到(rtty@cqwpx.com)。请在email的标题处填写参赛的呼号。

E.CABRILLO电子日志的说明:如果您无法提交一份CABRILLO格式的电子日志,请联系比赛主管寻求帮助来提交其他形式日志。

F.纸质日志的说明:可以将纸质日志邮寄到CQ WPX RTTY Contest, P.O. Box 1877, Los Gatos, CA95031-1877, USA。递交的每份纸质参赛日志必须附有一份计分汇总表,用黑体字列出所有的得分信息、竞赛组别以及参赛者的名字和通信地址。

G.参赛确认信息:所有收到的log将会通过email确认。这里有一份汇总表格(www.cqwpxrtty.com/logs_received)

H.Log取消:如果参赛者想取消发送的log,请在log提交截至日期的30天之内联系比赛主管说明情况。

XII.日志提交截止日期:

A.所有参赛者必须在比赛结束之后5天内提交日志。2016年2月19日2359 UTC截止日期之后提交的日志将被视作迟交日志。

B.可以通过email(questions@cqwpxrtty.com)请求延期提交日志。必须在截止日期之前发送延期提交请求,必须要说明合理的理由,并且必须要被比赛主管确认。

C.截止日期之后递交的日志也可能被公布,但无法参评奖项。

XIII.评判:CQ WPX竞赛委员会负责核实和裁定比赛竞赛者。竞赛者包括遵守规则以及最优秀的业余无线电操作者。违反比赛规则或违背体育竞赛道德的参赛者将受到竞赛委员会的处罚。

A.违背体育道德的行为:包括但不限于以下例子:

1.在比赛期间通过使用任何非业余无线电的方式,诸如电话、互联网、短信、聊天室、网络语音电话、社交媒体或网站来整理和确认通联内容。

2.竞赛者在操作证允许的频率范围之外进行操作。

3.为迎合波段切换或休止时间规则而修改日志中的次数。

4.以递交过多无法核实的QSO和无法核实的前缀为荣。

5.发射信号带宽过宽或者在其他波段产生谐频。

6.主叫台在1分钟之内没有被识别。

B.观察员项目:竞赛委员会要求任何竞赛者在比赛期间接受一名观察员访问。比赛期间不允许竞赛委员会指派的观察员访问,将被取消比赛资格。

C.惩罚行动:在违规事件中,组委会慎重考虑后将会剥夺参赛资格。

1.被取消参赛资格的参赛者将会在比赛结果中公开而不会有任何奖项。

2.组委会的通知将会通过email发送至log中提供的地址。参赛者有5天时间通过比赛主管来对处罚决定上诉。过期不候。

3.基于log的测试,组委会保留更改参赛者组别的权利或者其他信息。

D.比对日志:利用定制软件和人工判断的方式对所有日志进行比对。

1.删除重复的通联,不附加扣分。

2.删除包含错误信号交换信息的通联,不附加扣分。

3.删除包含错误呼号或者在其他日志中未出现呼号的通联,附加扣两倍的QSO基本分。

4.删除不遵守多操作员组别波段切换规则的通联,不附加扣分。

XIV.声明:提交CQ WPX RTTY比赛日志,以及考虑到XIV组委会对比赛日志的检查、评估所作出的努力,任何竞赛者无条件且不反悔地同意他/她已经:

1)阅读且理解了比赛的规则并愿意遵守

2)遵守自己国家的业余无线电的规章制度进行操作

3)递交的日志可以向公众公布

4)接受相关活动和结果以委员会的决定为准。如果竞赛者不愿意或者不同意上述声明,其递交的日志将仅被视作Checklog。
